In mid-June 2013, the Indy Eleven family welcomed into the fold Guy-Jo Gordon as the club’s Director of Community Relations. In his role, Gordon will serve as the club’s primary point of contact in regards to philanthropic endeavors, donation requests and staff/volunteer coordination for Indy Eleven’s growing presence at community events throughout the State of Indiana. Gordon comes to Indy Eleven from the International School of Indiana, where he served as the school’s Assistant Director of Development for two years. Gordon’s recent experience also includes time as both the Annual Fund Assistant Director and Coordinator of Alumni of Color Programs at DePauw University in Greencastle and an Education Programs Associate role at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
A Central Indiana native since 2007, Gordon was born in New York City and spent part of his childhood abroad in Geneva, Switzerland, before moving back stateside and attending Marywood University in Dunmore, Penn., where he graduated with a major in International Business and a minor in Marketing in 1999. Gordon is of Cuban and Haitian heritage and is fluent in three languages – English, Spanish and French – and is currently tacking Italian and Portuguese onto his impressive linguistic repertoire. A professed “Madridista” (ardent Real Madrid supporter), Gordon played soccer throughout his youth and into his freshman year at Marywood and also spent two years coaching teams at the Indianapolis Jewish Community Center.
Mike Henn – Director of Ticket Sales

Mike Henn brings three decades of ticket sales experience in the Indianapolis market with him to Indy Eleven, where his role will include structuring of benefits for the team’s fast-selling Season Ticket packages and development of the club’s ticket-selling strategy and staff in advance of the club’s inaugural 2014 season and beyond.
After graduating from DePauw University in Greencastle with a Communications degree, Henn spent a year in local radio before joining the Indiana Pacers as an Account Executive in 1981. The Richmond native spent the next 27 years climbing through the ranks of the Pacers organization and its parent company, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, which also included roles starting up the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and Arena Football League’s Indiana Firebirds. He would eventually hold the role of Director of Tickets Sales with PS&E from 1996-2004 before ending his tenure with the organization as Director of Sales Development from 2004-2008. During his time as Director of Ticket Sales, Henn helped lead the team’s venue switch from Market Square Arena to then-Conseco Field House, where the Pacers would sell out a franchise-record 41 consecutive games during its opening season in 1999.
Outside of his experience with PS&E, Henn served as adjunct professor for a year at Marian University, a radio play-by-play announcer and host at numerous points through his career and as the Director of Sales with the United States Hockey League’s Indiana Ice. Henn currently resides in Fishers with his wife, Ann, and is the proud parent of three children – Matt, Zan, and Jayne.
Brandon Jett – Director of Ticket Operations/Staff Accountant

Indy Eleven brought aboard Brandon Jett in mid-June 2013 in a dual role as its Director of Ticket Operations and Staff Accountant. Jett comes to Indy Eleven from EHOB, Inc., where he served for five years in a variety of accounting roles for the Indianapolis-based healthcare industry product manufacturer, the last two as a Staff Accountant. An Indianapolis native, Jett is a 2008 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, where he was a double-major in Business Administration and Finance.
Jett is familiar with soccer from many angles after playing the sport into his high school years, refereeing in local leagues for 10 years and serving as a coach for youth teams. The admitted die-hard Columbus Crew fan has followed his “Black-and-Gold” around the country, visiting eight soccer-specific stadiums across North America during his travels to watch “the beautiful game.”
John Koluder – Director of Public Relations

John Koluder brings with a decade’s worth of PR experience within American soccer circles to the Indy Eleven front office, including a previous stint alongside club President Peter Wilt during his four seasons with the Chicago Fire and, most recently, a five-year run at Real Salt Lake as the Utah side’s Assistant Director of Media Relations.
In his new role, Koluder’s duties will include overseeing all aspects of media relations, managing content for the team’s social media channels and official website and serving as an account executive to continue the momentum already established in growing Indy Pro Soccer’s season ticket holder base.
During his ten seasons in Major League Soccer with D.C. United, Chicago Fire and Real Salt Lake, Koluder managed media relations and press box operations for more than 250 regular season contests and over 20 MLS Cup Playoff affairs. His decade in North American soccer’s top-flight also included assisting with operations at several high-profile events including multiple MLS Cup Finals, MLS All-Star Games, international club friendlies and CONCACAF Champions League matches, in addition to a U.S. Men’s National Team World Cup Qualifier in September 2009. As part of the Chicago and Salt Lake staffs, Koluder was also able to assist with the opening of two soccer-specific stadiums, Toyota Park (2006) and Rio Tinto Stadium (2008).
Koluder’s appreciation for soccer matured while an undergraduate at Indiana University (1996-2001), where he saw the Hoosiers’ dominance of college soccer continue to grow from both the stands as a member of the IU Crabb Band and in the press box on behalf of then WIUS-AM and the Indiana Daily Student. Koluder is proud to return to the State of Indiana, where he was born (Marion), raised (Fort Wayne) and schooled (Bloomington).
Molly Kruger – Marketing Manager

Molly Kruger has the distinction of being the first employee officially hired by President Peter Wilt in February 2013 for the group then known as Indy Pro Soccer. The former local soccer standout will perform dual roles in the Indy Eleven front office, serving as a key outreach to the Indiana soccer community in regards to the team’s full-season and group ticket sales efforts while also performing various duties as a part of the team’s marketing staff.
Kruger starred locally with Carmel United and the Carmel High School, picking up numerous accolades during her youth career including three nods to the NSCAA/adidas All-American Team, two Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year honors and an IHSAA Player of the Year award while also helping the Greyhounds to four consecutive IHSAA State Championships. Kruger would begin her collegiate career in 2005 at Indiana University before transferring to UCLA for her sophomore season, when she helped the Bruins reach the Women’s College Cup Semifinals. Kruger would return to Indianapolis to play her final two seasons at Butler University before heading back out to Southern California to play professionally with the Pali Blues of the Women’s Professional Soccer League from 2011-12.
Tian Liang – Graphic Design & Multimedia Coordinator

Tian Liang joined the Indy Eleven team in May 2014 as the Graphic Design and Multimedia Coordinator. In his role, Liang handles the entire graphic design tasks as well as video production.
His passion for soccer comes more stark after his time doing the play-by-play of the 2010 FIFA World Cup via a national radio station. Liang received his bachelor degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2012 from Zhejiang University Median and Communications where he decided to study abroad ending up at IUPUI. Liang currently resides in downtown Indianapolis with his wife.
Larry Linde – Director of Corporate Partnerships

Indy Eleven added a familiar face to the Indianapolis area as its Director of Corporate Partnerships in April 2013 in the person of Larry Linde, a 25-year sports-and-entertainment management professional. In his role with the burgeoning organization, Linde will be in charge of the team’s outreach to the corporate community; creation of the club’s comprehensive sponsorship packages; and its television, radio and online broadcasting initiatives.
A native of south suburban Chicago and graduate of Butler University, Linde secured his start in the sports world with the Indianapolis Ice back in 1989, a team he would later rejoin from 1998-2003 as its Executive Director and, later, General Manager. During his time as GM of the Ice, Linde made nationwide headlines when he signed 7’7″ NBA Center Manute Bol as “The World’s Tallest Hockey Player” and former figure skating champion Tonya Harding as part of “Guaranteed Fight Night.”
Outside of his stints in Indianapolis, Linde made stops in Tulsa, OK; Memphis, TN; Reno, NV and Corpus Christi, TX; serving in the latter market as Vice President/GM of the arenafootball2’s expansion Corpus Christi Sharks (2006-09) and in a similar capacity for the Central Hockey League’s Corpus Christi Ice Rays (2003-06). Linde returned to Indianapolis in 2011 when he joined locally-based sports marketing and management consulting firm Compton Strategies and currently resides in the city with his wife, Nicole, and their daughter, Emersen.
Brad Newbold – Licensing/Operations Manager & Account Executive

Brad Newbold joined the Indy Eleven ranks in May 2013 as the NASL expansion team’s Manager of Licensing and Operations. In his role, Newbold will be responsible for overseeing the team’s merchandise development, inventory and online store fulfillment efforts in addition to assisting with office and eventual stadium operations duties as the club prepares for its inaugural 2014 season.
A 2012 graduate of Hanover College, Newbold joins the Indy Eleven family after spending a year as the Program Coordinator at Maingate Inc., where he assisted in the purchasing of apparel for the company’s NFL division in Indianapolis.
Bianca Regich - Team Operations Manager

Indy Eleven brought aboard Bianca Regich in July 2014 as its Team Operations Manager. In her role, Regich oversees and organizes all travel for Indy Eleven and reviews player paperwork while also performing various duties as a part of the team’s operations. Prior to moving into her role, Regich worked as an intern at Indy Eleven for six months alongside Director of Community Relations, Guy-Jo Gordon. The Speedway native earned a degree in Spanish from IUPUI.
A die-hard FC Barcelona fan, Regich boasts her dual citizenship between the United States and Spain, where her knowledge of (and passion for) the Blaugrana increased after living in Barcelona for one year. Regich lives in Indianapolis with her long haired Chihuahua named Chappy, who is also a professed Barcelona fan. Regich is fluent in English and Spainish and is proudly recognized as the staff "fashionista."
Valerie Theobald – Ticket Sales Account Executive

Valerie Theobald was hired as Indy Eleven’s first dedicated Ticket Sales Account Executive in late September, moving into the coveted honorary eleventh employee position in the process. Prior to joining the Indy Eleven staff, she served in a variety of related roles, most recently plying her trade as a sales representative for American Marketing and Publishing in Carmel. The Northwest Indiana native earned a degree in Sport Communication from Indiana University – Bloomington.
A self-professed diehard sports fan since her birth in Highland, IN, Theobald generally prefers Chicago-based teams to all others, but is “slowly acquiring acceptance” of the Indy professional sports scene. This growing affinity for the Circle City is owed in large part to previous internships with the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Tornados minor league football team.
Theobald was an athletic standout throughout her childhood and into her teenage years, lending her talents to cross country, track and basketball in high school. In her youth, she proved herself as an adept soccer player, but spurned the beautiful game to pursue basketball. Though she remains a huge Bulls and Hoosiers fan, she is making a concerted effort to embrace the sport synonymous with Indy Eleven with open arms.
Amanda Wloszek – Corporate Partnership Manager

Indy Eleven added Amanda Wloszek in February of 2014 as its Corporate Partnership Manager. In her role, Wloszek handles fulfillment of current and incoming partnerships while also performing various ticket sales duties. Prior to joining Indy Eleven, Wloszek worked her way through the ranks of the Indiana Ice, starting as an Account Executive and, after three years, leaving as an Executive Sales Manager.
A northwestern Chicago suburb native, Wloszek played a wide array of sports throughout her entire childhood and is a professed fan of all Chicago sports teams (with the exception of the Cubs). An Indiana University – Bloomington graduate, Wloszek finished her bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management in June 2010. A year later, she left the Bloomington campus with a Masters degree in the same field. Wloszek currently resides in Fishers with her fiancé.
