INDIANAPOLIS – After recently purchasing a franchise in the USL W League – the USL’s pre-professional women’s league launching in 2022 – Indy Eleven today announced the club will host a two-day open tryout for talented players seeking places on its women’s senior team’s inaugural season roster. The tryouts will take place at the Grand Park Sports Complex, the Official Training Center of Indy Eleven, in the campus’ Events Center on December 28-29, from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. ET each day.

Indy Eleven is looking forward to additional announcements surrounding the W League side in the coming months, to include details surrounding the entry’s name, logo, and branding; home venue and training locations; staffing model and more. These updates will include the announcement of a coaching staff that will be in place in time to conduct and monitor the two-day tryout, which is expected to bring in talented collegiate and potential professionals looking to take the field during the W League’s inaugural season beginning next May.
