Indy Eleven is continuing to use a 100% mobile ticketing platform in 2023 to provide our fans with contactless entry, convenience, and ticket security.
For ease of access, please download the Indy Eleven App and sign into your Account Manager to view your tickets.
Season Ticket Members can swap unused tickets for a future match or matches to a game of their choice within the current regular season. Tickets from past matches cannot be exchanged.
Starting with the 2023 season, Season Ticket Members will be able to make these exchanges on their own (although if you do need assistance, we’re always a call away at 317-685-1100); more details on how to execute these exchanges will be provided soon.
Children age three (3) and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price for a ticket.
Account Manager affords you the opportunity to forward, transfer and resell your tickets easily. You can also exchange tickets for that game for additional tickets to a future game, if your exchange is made prior to the game you will miss.
Renewal Specific Questions
Members are asked to renew their seats through the process communicated to them via email or by signing into their Account Manager and making a payment on their season tickets. Members will have the ability to select for multiple payment options, including payment in full and the option to pay in 2-month or 6-month installments. Any option selected by the deadline will consider them renewed for the 2023 season.
Yes; in order to keep your seats and priority order tenure your account must be renewed by Feb. 1, 2023.
