“Indiana’s Team” Partners with Pumpjack Dataworks in Developing Newest Way to Follow the USL Club

Indy Eleven and Texas-based mobile app platform Pumpjack Dataworks have teamed up to keep supporters of “Indiana’s Team” in the United Soccer League in the know with the official launch of the club’s All-New mobile app.
The app is now available to fans on both iOS (Apple) and Android platforms and can be downloaded via the iTunes and Google Play online stores, respectively.
The new Indy Eleven app provides followers of the “Boys in Blue” convenient access to the team’s latest news, schedule and ticket information, online store and more. The newly-developed Fan Membership feature allows fans to receive push notifications directly from the club in addition to personal customization inside the app.
TROUBLESHOOTING
ALWAYS allow when registering and setting up your INDY ELEVEN APP:
- ALLOW FOR NOTIFICATIONS – if you turn these off, you will miss important and updates and information specifically for app users.
- LOCATION SERVICES – must be ON at all times. Without this being on, the APP will not know your location when you check-in for appearances under MATCH DAY (HOME or AWAY)
- CREATE A PROFILE – we need to know who you are and you need a profile in order to play and participate in “Eleven Q”
- MAKE SURE you are on the newest software for your device.
GENERAL REGISTRATION ISSUES:
ISSUE: “I am not getting my code to verify my e-mail address”
SOLUTIONS:
1. Be sure to check you SPAM folder for the e-mail or your SPAM filters to ensure the e-mail can be received.
2. If you do NOT see your code, or cannot retrieve your code, use the CUSTIOMER SERVICE section of the Indy Eleven App, and we will remedy within 24 hours.
3. If you signed up with a work e-mail, it might be kept from your inbox.
APPEARANCE REGISTRATION ISSUES:
APPLE:
ISSUE: Check-in is not working or you did not receive a communication/notification
- Step One: Make sure you have the latest version of the APP.
- Step Two: Check your settings – do you have the correct permissions on?
- SETTINGS > INDY ELEVEN APP > LOCATION SETTINGS > ALWAYS

- Step Three: Are your Notifications ON?
- SETTINGS > INDY ELEVEN APP > NOTIFICATION SETTINGS > ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS

ANDROID:
ISSUE: Check-in is not working or you did not receive a communication/notification
- Step One: Make sure you have the latest version of the APP
- Step Two: TURN ON LOCATION ACCESS
- Tap on your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Location.
- Tap Google Location Reporting.
- Tap Location Reporting.
- Toggle the switch to On.
- Step Three: TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS
- From a Home screen, do one of the following:
- Swipe screen then navigate: Settings > Apps & notifications > App info.
- Navigate: Settings > Applications > Application manager.
- Navigate: Apps > Settings > Applications > Application manager.
- Navigate: Apps > Settings > Application manager.
- Tap an app.
Some devices may require you to tap the app name twice.
- Tap ‘Notifications’ or ‘App notifications’.
- Do one of the following:
- Tap Show notifications to turn on or off
- Tap ‘On’ or ‘Off’.
- Tap Allow notifications to turn on or off.
- Tap Block all to turn on or off.
- When turned on, tap any of the available options or switches next to them to turn on or off:
