
(May 4, 2026) – Indy Eleven CEO Greg Stremlaw announced the Girls in Blue technical and team staff for the 2026 W League season that begins on Wednesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. vs. Racing Louisville FC indoors at the Community Health Network Events Center at the Droplight Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield.
“I’m thrilled to announce that our Chief of Staff Jordan Mirabile will have an enhanced role with administrative oversight of our W League team,” said Stremlaw. Mirabile is in her eighth year with Indy Eleven, including all of the team’s W League history from its inaugural match.
Indy Eleven Academy Pro Academy Director for Elite Club National League (ECNL) Joe Sochacki is the Sporting Director for the Girls in Blue in addition to being an assistant coach at Butler.
Head Coach Brandon Kim returns for his second year in that role after serving as the team’s Assistant Coach the previous three seasons, helping lead Indy Eleven to the 2023 W League Championship and three consecutive division titles from 2022-24.
The new Assistant Coach for the Girls in Blue is Gina Cormier, a U.S. Youth National Team Talent Scout for the U.S. Soccer Federation, and the top assistant at IU Indianapolis. She joined the Jaguars in 2025 after two seasons as head coach at Arizona Christian University in Glendale, Ariz., where she led her 2023 team to a school-record 10 wins.
Rana Hoffbauer returns as an Assistant Coach for a second year. She has coached at the semi-pro, college, high school, and club levels in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh after playing professionally in the W League, WPSL, and UWSL.
Indy Eleven Director of Goalkeeping and Video Analyst Andy Swift joins the W League technical staff as a Goalkeeper Coach. Swift has earned the U.S. Soccer Federation A-Senior License, Goalkeeping License, and the United Soccer Coaches National Goalkeeping Diploma and Advanced National Diploma.
Kelly Freeland continues her role as Goalkeeper Coach for the Girls in Blue for the fifth year. In 2024, her goalkeepers recorded five clean sheets, with Nona Reason getting three. Reason earned second-team All-USL W League honors in 2023, with Freeland’s goalkeepers notching 10 shutouts with only six goals against on their way to the Valley Division title and the 2023 USL W League Championship.
Sierra Garber enters her fifth year as Head Athletic Trainer for the club’s USL W League squad. Garber began serving as a Sports Medicine Network Professional for the U.S. Soccer Federation’s Youth National Teams in 2019. She served as the Indiana Fire Juniors Academy Athletic Trainer from 2016-18.
Emily Sochacki joins the Girls in Blue as Team Operations Manager after being part of the Indy Eleven Academy for many years, bringing a broad knowledge of the players and Grand Park.
Abby Hoover will serve as the Operations Intern. She is a graduate assistant in operations for the Ball State Women’s Basketball team. A Noblesville native, she is familiar with Grand Park after interning at the Pacers Athletic Center and working for Bullpen Tournaments.
The Girls in Blue begin training Wednesday.
