Official Sports Medicine Provider of Indy Eleven
Community Health Network's dedicated Sports Medicine team has maintained the health and fitness of the Indy Eleven squad since its inaugural season in 2014 - and they will continue to do so into 2020 after extending its partnership with the United Soccer League club.
William Mosi Jones, MD, and Meeja Kinsey, MS, LAT, ATC, will continue to serve as the team physician and head athletic trainer, respectively, of Indiana's Team. Community Sports Medicine will provide extensive medical services to Indy Eleven, including physician and athletic trainer support at all home and away games, ongoing trainer support at practices, sports nutrition consultation, and sports performance services.
