A sophomore at Northern Illinois, White made appearances in 19 games, registering 16 starts. As a freshman, the defender played for IUPUI where she participated in 19 matches and tallied three shots.
Prior to collegiate play, White helped lead Homestead High School to its first Class 3A State Championship after a perfect 22-0 senior season.
Sophia is the sister of teammate Amelia White, who is also in her first season with the Girls in Blue.
