“Our goalkeepers work with Ares Elite Sports Vision weekly on hand-eye coordination, reaction, and cognitive processing exercises within a goalkeeping framework. The integration of technology means that we get quantifiable data that allows us to chart development and tailor development plans for each individual player,” said Indy Eleven Assistant Coach Andy Swift. “Any team or individual looking to find an edge to help improve their game in any sport that requires swift decision making and visual acuity would benefit from the expertise of the team at Ares.”
